Every line says how we know

A badge tells you someone was paid. A Viamitra report tells you what was checked, against which source, and what is only the supplier's word, one line at a time.

Four labels, and no plain facts

No fact appears without a label; the software enforces it.

VERIFIED: Checked against an independent source: Checked against a source outside the company: a certification body's register, the national company register, sanctions and ownership screening.
DECLARED: The supplier's own statement, not checked: The supplier's own statement. Useful, but nobody has checked it, and the report says so.
NOT CHECKED: Not checked for this report: Outside this report's scope. Listed so nobody reads silence as a yes.
DISPUTED: The supplier disputes the finding; the desk checks the named source again: The supplier disagrees with a finding. The line stays visible, marked, until it is decided within 10 working days.

The rules that keep a report honest

Checked against sources outside the company

The Viamitra desk checks each manufacturer against the national register, the certifier's registry, sanctions and ownership lists, and two customer references. Every line names its source and the date it was checked.

You can check it yourself

A line that reads "found in the certifier's registry" rests on a public source you can look up in two minutes. That is why every line names one.

The supplier's word is labelled as theirs

Capacity, lead times and minimum orders are the manufacturer's own figures until they are checked, and the line says so. Nothing is dressed up as verified.

Nobody edits a line quietly

A dispute is decided by checking the named source again. Every change to every line is versioned and signed, and the manufacturer sees it.

Renewed every year

Each report carries the date it was checked and its renewal date, so you always know how fresh it is.

What a report isn't

It isn't a quality guarantee for your goods, or a substitute for your own audit before serial supply. It's an honest starting point that saves you a first trip.
