Viamitra is run by Messe Asia Co., Ltd. (company registration 0105569070485), Bhiraj Tower at BITEC, Room 23030-02, 23rd Floor, 4345 Sukhumvit Road, Bangna Tai, Bangna, Bangkok 10260, Thailand (“we”, “us”). Write to hello@viamitra.com about anything on this page.

• The privacy notice explains how we handle personal data, and the cookies page lists the two cookies we set.
• A manufacturer's membership is governed by the membership contract it signs, which includes its plan, the meeting guarantee, refunds and success fees. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract wins.
• Buyers accept these terms and the privacy notice when they send a sourcing request or use a Viamitra account.

Viamitra is for businesses, and for people acting for a business they are authorised to represent. Accounts are set up by the Viamitra desk after a sourcing request or an application; there is no open sign-up.

We choose who joins. We may decline a sourcing request or an application, and we tell you when we do.

• Each account is for one named person. Sign-in codes are sent to your email and work once; don't share them, or your account.
• Keep your email address up to date, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has signed in as you.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time.

• Viamitra is free for buyers. You pay nothing and owe nothing: no fee, no tail and no audit rights on you.
• We read your request and send a shortlist of checked manufacturers, usually within 5 working days, or a straight answer on timing.
• You decide whom to meet. Asking to meet commits you to nothing further, and you are never obliged to buy.
• If you already know a manufacturer on your shortlist, tell us with “we already know them”. Manufacturers pay no success fee on buyers they already knew, so this answer matters.
• Reports and manufacturer information are for your organisation's use in choosing suppliers. Don't publish them or pass them outside your organisation.
• Until you and a manufacturer both agree to meet, we show your need to manufacturers without your company's name.

• Applying is free and creates no membership. A membership starts only when you sign the membership contract.
• Everything you tell us in the application and during the company check must be true and up to date. Your own figures are shown to buyers as declared by you.
• You read your report before anyone else, and it is published only when you agree. You can dispute any line: the line is marked as disputed while the desk checks the source again, and the desk decides within 10 working days.
• Plans, the meeting guarantee, refunds, success fees and how long they apply are set out in the membership contract.

• An introduction happens only when both sides agree to meet. Until then, neither side gets the other's contact details.
• Use the contact details you receive only for the business the introduction is about. Don't add them to mailing lists, sell them or pass them on.
• Keep to the meeting you agreed, or move or cancel it from the meeting page in good time.
• In a tender, every introduced bidder gets the same terms, and the buyer's timetable applies.

A company check is a check by the Viamitra desk of a manufacturer against sources outside the company, such as national registers, certifiers' registries, sanctions lists and the customers it names as references. It doesn't include a visit to the plant.

Each report line says how we know it and names its source. A report records what the desk found in those sources on the dates it states. It is not a guarantee of any product, delivery or order, and it doesn't replace your own checks before you order, such as samples and audits, or the terms of your own contract.

Orders and contracts are made directly between buyer and manufacturer. Viamitra isn't a party to them, doesn't act as either side's agent and doesn't handle goods or payments between them. The deal room is a shared record of stages and next steps.

We publish nothing about a deal, such as a case study, without the written consent of both sides.

Don't:

• copy reports or member information out of the service, except as section 5 allows buyers to;
• scrape the site, or try to get around its security or access controls;
• sign in as someone else, or misrepresent your company;
• upload anything unlawful or harmful, or use Viamitra to send unsolicited messages;
• offer anything of value to Viamitra staff, or to the other side, to influence an introduction or a decision.

The site, its text and design, and the Viamitra name and marks belong to Messe Asia Co., Ltd. Don't reuse them without our permission.

Information you give us stays yours. You allow us to use it to run the service as these terms and the privacy notice describe, including showing a manufacturer's company details and report to buyers. You confirm you are entitled to share it, for example that customers you name as references have agreed to be contacted.

Prices on the site are in US dollars, excluding VAT and withholding tax. The price that applies to a member is the one in its signed contract. Examples on the site, including example reports, suppliers and meetings, use invented data and describe no real company.

We work to keep Viamitra available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features; we tell members in advance about changes that affect them.

• The public pages are general information about the service.
• We are not responsible for deals, goods, payments or delivery between buyer and manufacturer, or for how either side behaves.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or anything else Thai law doesn't allow to be limited.
• For members, the liability clause of the membership contract applies.

We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaks these terms or the membership contract, or when the law requires it. We tell you why, unless the law prevents us.

What sections 5 and 7 say about reports and contact details, and sections 11 (content), 14 (liability) and 18 (law and disputes), continue to apply after an account is closed.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Members are told by email before a change that affects them takes effect.

These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English text governs.

These terms are governed by Thai law. If something goes wrong, write to us first: we will try to settle it within 14 days.

Any dispute that isn't settled goes to the courts of Bangkok, unless the law where you are gives you rights that can't be excluded.
