The public pages describe the service. Examples, including example reports, suppliers and meetings, use invented data and describe no real company.

Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT and withholding tax. The price that applies to a member is the one in their signed contract. Founding prices stay locked for the member's first renewal.

Member accounts are for the named person only. Sign-in codes must not be shared. We may suspend an account that is misused, and we tell the member why.

Don't copy verification reports or member information out of the service, scrape the site, or try to get around its security.

We take care that the site is accurate, but the public pages are general information. A verification report records what the verifier found on the dates it states; it is not a guarantee of any product or order.

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be excluded.
