Every introduction goes through a person here in Bangkok. We read your brief, call the suppliers, arrange an interpreter when you need one, and write to you the day after the meeting with what we heard. If a deal goes quiet, you'll hear from us before you have to ask.
Questions buyers ask
Why is it free for buyers?
Because the manufacturers pay, and they pay whether or not you buy. Their fees are printed on their cards, so you can judge the introduction knowing exactly who pays whom.
We already know some suppliers. Does that matter?
Tell us, and we leave them off your shortlist. If one appears anyway, mark it as known; no success fee is ever charged on a supplier you knew before.
We run formal tenders. Does that work?
Yes. Mark your brief as a tender and every bidder we introduce is treated the same: the same fee rules, and no private notes passed between meetings.
Can we visit the plant?
Yes. Many buyers meet by video first and visit later. The desk can plan the visit with you, including an interpreter.
What do you do with our data?
We share your company's name and brief with shortlisted suppliers. Your name and email only go to a supplier after you both agree to meet. We follow the GDPR for buyers in the EU and never send cold marketing email.
What if a supplier doesn't turn up?
Tell the desk. The meeting isn't counted, we find out why, and we'll offer you another time or another supplier.
