Viamitra is run by Messe Asia, a trade events company in Bangkok. We have spent years putting buyers and manufacturers in the same room, and watching most of those meetings lead nowhere, because nobody checked the supplier first and nobody stayed with it afterwards. Viamitra is the part that was missing.
Why an events company built this
Shows we run
Running an exhibition is the same work, compressed into three days. You find every company in an industry, you check that they are real, you match them to the buyers who came for them, and you get the right two people into a room at the same time.
What a fair cannot do is verify a plant before you walk up to the stand, or follow the deal for the eleven months afterwards. Viamitra does that work continuously instead of once a year.
We start from a map of the industry, not a search engine
Across our events business we keep a directory of the companies that exhibit, supply and buy in the industries we serve. It tells us which companies actually make what you need, which trade fairs they show at, who they already supply, and who inside them does the buying.
We do not sell contacts or lists, and we never will. This is how we find the right manufacturer and check it, so the introduction you get is researched instead of guessed.
