Every buyer writes down what they need first. We check your company against outside registers in two working days, and you read the report before anyone else. Each plan guarantees a number of meetings, and refunds any that don't happen.

What buyers see about your fees

Your card shows your plan, your success-fee rate and its cap, and any sponsorship ties. It never shows your prices. Being open about who pays whom is why buyers trust the introduction.

We start from a map of the industry, not a search engine

Across our events business we keep a directory of the companies that exhibit, supply and buy in the industries we serve. It tells us which buyers are in the market for what you make, which trade fairs they come to, who they buy from now, and who inside them signs the order.

We do not sell contacts or lists, and we never will. This is how we find the buyers worth your time, so the brief that reaches you is researched instead of guessed.

Do I need to speak English?

It helps, but the desk works in Thai and English, and every screen and email you get from us can be in Thai. We arrange an interpreter for meetings when you need one.

Who checks my company?

The Viamitra desk, against sources outside your company: the national register, your certifier's registry, sanctions and ownership screening, and two customer references. Every line names its source and the date, so a buyer could check it again.

What if I disagree with a finding?

Dispute the line in your report. It shows as disputed until it is decided, within 10 working days, and buyers see that it's under review.

Will buyers see my prices?

No. Your prices and quotes stay between you and the buyer. What buyers see is what you pay Viamitra: your plan, your success-fee rate and its cap.

What if my industry isn't open yet?

Apply anyway. Each industry opens when its checklist is ready and a few buyers have written briefs. We tell you the date as soon as we know it.

Can a government agency pay part of it?

Yes. If an agency co-funds your membership, the invoice shows both shares, and any refund is split the same way.
