One price per plan, the same for every manufacturer. Buyers pay nothing.

Choose how many meetings you need. Each plan guarantees a number of qualified meetings, and refunds any that don't happen. On top of the membership, a success fee applies to orders from buyers we introduced: capped, the same on every plan, and shown to every buyer you meet.

What it comes to, in three cases

Success fees, by industry

Why three plans?

They differ in how many meetings we guarantee, not in how we work. Every plan gets the same company check against sources outside your company, the same kind of buyer and the same desk.

What does “about USD 490 a meeting” mean?

It's the plan price divided by the meetings we guarantee in a year. It isn't a fee per meeting: you pay the plan price once a year, and there's no charge for any meeting.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A meeting held on a written buyer brief that both sides confirm afterwards. Moving a meeting is fine; a meeting one side says didn't happen doesn't count.

When does the clock start, and when does it pause?

It starts when you sign. It pauses for Songkran, Chinese New Year and the other major public holidays in your country and your buyers' countries. Your ledger shows every pause.

How is the refund paid?

We count at day 90 and at month 12. For each guaranteed meeting that didn't happen, you get your plan's rate back: USD 800, USD 490 or USD 480. It's paid by bank transfer within 14 days. If a government agency co-funded your membership, its share goes back to the agency.

How is Market entry sized?

Tell the desk how many meetings you need and in which regions. We first check that buyers in your industry can fill that number, and only guarantee what we can deliver. It starts at 50 meetings for USD 24,000, and each further 25 meetings add USD 12,000.

Does the success fee change with the plan?

No. It depends only on your industry, and it's the same on Company check, Member and Market entry.

Do you offer discounts?

No. Every manufacturer sees the same prices on this page.

Are taxes included?

Prices exclude VAT and withholding tax. Your invoice from Messe Asia Co., Ltd. shows the lines that apply in your country.

Do buyers pay?

No. Buyers never pay Viamitra. They see what each manufacturer pays us, on its card, so there is nothing hidden between the two sides.
