Every line says how we know it

A badge tells you someone was paid. A report tells you what was checked, against which source, and what is only the supplier's word.

Every introduction goes through a person here in Bangkok. We read your brief, call the suppliers, arrange an interpreter when you need one, and write to you the day after the meeting with what we heard. If a deal goes quiet, you'll hear from us before you have to ask.

The Viamitra desk, Bangkok

We don't sell contacts. Viamitra is run by Messe Asia Co., Ltd., the team behind GreenTech Festival Bangkok, Composites Bridge and ESGOS.

Who runs Viamitra

Questions buyers and suppliers ask first

Who runs Viamitra?

Messe Asia Co., Ltd., a trade events company in Bangkok (registration 0105569070485). Messe Asia signs member contracts and issues invoices, so a registered Thai company stands behind every agreement. The about page has the shows we run and the people behind them.

What do buyers pay?

Nothing. Manufacturers pay a membership and a success fee set by industry, capped, and only on orders from buyers we introduced. Every supplier's fees are printed on its card, so you can weigh the introduction yourself.

Is this a marketplace or a directory?

No. There are no listings to browse and no contact lists to buy. You tell the desk what you need, and we introduce a few checked suppliers who have read your brief and want to meet.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A meeting held on a written buyer brief that both sides confirm afterwards. If one side says it didn't happen, it doesn't count.

Which industries are open?

Composites and materials is open now. Automotive parts, data centres, wind, aerospace, dental and medical devices, energy storage, solar, and ESG services open one by one, each when its checklist is ready and buyers have written briefs.

Do we need new software for the meetings?

No. Invites go into your own calendar and meetings run on your own video tool. You can also send the invite from your calendar and we'll follow it.

How is our data handled?

Company information is shared before an introduction; personal contact details only after both sides agree. We follow Thailand's PDPA and, for buyers in the EU, the GDPR. The privacy notice has the details.
